Paul Farsai

I work in a number of facets of real estate including residential and commercial sales, residential and commercial development, and commercial leasing.

I joined Keller Williams Realty in 2007. My prime area of focus is commercial and investment property brokerage and commercial leasing. I am a Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS) from the Commercial Real Estate Institute. I have MA, BS and BA in Engineering and Business.

I have been active in the community and associated with a number of successful business ventures. I was the founder and the President of Mach 1, Inc.; American Design And Marketing Inc; and Farralli Corporation.

I am the Chairman of Chico Association of Commercial Realtors®; President of Business Builders a local chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) ; Member of Chico Association of Realtors®; California Association of Realtors®; National Association of Realtors®; and Commercial Real Estate Institute®.

Sima Farsai
